The Automation Control Group of companies is a self-funded and financially stable UK Group based in the Midlands - with a proven track record of success. As a direct result of the increasing demands emanating from our customers, to source a variety of products for telephony, communications, wireless solutions and network connectivity - in 2004 we decided to form IP Comms Ltd specifically to provide these products and services.

As we were already product aware in the Group, we knew that USA based TRENDnet had wanted to extend its presence in the UK for some time - but could not find a company with the right balance of resources to fit their specific criteria. They liked us and we liked them - a partnership agreement was signed. TRENDnet already knew the Group for we had been a successful reseller of TRENDnet products in the UK and Ireland for over 6 years - selling mainly to Education, Local Government, Structured Cabling Installers, Corporate Accounts and, less so, to home users.

However, as a Group we were always mindful that selling directly to customers online via the World Wide Web was the concept that most appealed to us, longer-term. That collective desire to move forward and evolve, resulted in the creation of the TRENDnetDirect website with its great choice of quality products covering a wide spectrum of connectivity, providing users a balanced IT environment.
